Launch a new Limited Edition Variant into the market in the most culturally relevant way
THE SOLUTION
To be as steeped in culture as possible, we started with a rethink of the label design. We partnered with the local art community to create an authentically Ugandan label and then later developed the lead campaign and led a group of agencies in what was one of Uganda’s most successful product launches over. This product didn’t just do well; it sold out repeatedly due to the love consumers showed for it.
